Where it all began

Australian Independent Rural Retailers Pty Ltd (AIRR) was formed on 1 January 2006 with the sole aim of supporting independent rural retailers across Australia to assist independent players with:
 
  • Full administration support.
  • Warehouse support to assist inventory control.
  • Full customer service support.
  • Supplier support (representation & management).
  • Independent strategies for long term success.
How we support independents

In delivering all the above, AIRR is also assisting independents in:
  • Planning with three meetings annually. AIRR
  • Controlling their own future.
  • Maintaining all national trading accounts allowing stores to focus on selling.
  • Run National conferences annually.
  • Product training.

  • AIRR maintains in excess of 250 direct accounts with most major suppliers in Australia.
  • AIRR has eleven staff who manage and service over 80 Associated Retailers, 300 Supplier accounts and 450 customers across Australia.
  • AIRR Head Office is located in Shepparton Victoria, and has warehouses in Shepparton, Tamworth, Bungendore Adelaide and Brisbane.
