How do customers claim their cashback?

1. They simply lodge an online claim through Cyclone’s claim portal. They can find this at www.cycloneproducts.com.au/eofypromo2024.

2. Once their claim is submitted, it will go through the approval process. It may take up to 25 business days to process the claim.

4. Once the claim is approved the customer will receive an email & text message notifying them of their Cyclone digital VISA gift card.

Please note: Any submission with a store’s email address will be rejected.
